【摘要】 将局部解剖学与外科手术学合并为手术局部解剖学 ,改革教学内容、教学方法和考试方法 ;设计并实施了以模拟外科手术操作步骤为重点的动物实验—尸体解剖—观摩手术相结合的综合性实践教学新体系。同时改革考试方法 ,加大实验能力考核的力度和分量 ,局部解剖与临床手术有机结合取得了良好的教学效果。这一探索 ,为转变医学实验课教学模式 ,促进学科的融合与交叉 ,加强理论与实践的有效结合 ,深化医学实验课的综合化改革提供了有益的经验、作法和途径更多还原

【Abstract】 The comprehensive teaching system consists of both reginal anatomy and operative surgery education,which is used in new teaching reform of the contents and the pedagory.The key points of operative surgery are from animal experiment,to anatomize for modeling surgery, to survey operation.
