【摘要】 目的观察消痔灵硬化治疗由局部非特殊性炎症、气候因素和鼻中隔偏曲引起的鼻衄的近期和远期临床疗效。方法将 2 98例鼻衄患者随机分为两组。治疗组 1 5 0例用消痔灵 ,对照组1 48例用 70 %酒精 ,两组均做鼻中隔前下出血区粘膜下注射治疗。结果 1周— 0 .5年时两组鼻衄症状均获疗效 ,有效率比较无显著性差异 (x2 =0 ,p >0 .0 5 ) ,但注射区粘膜修复治疗组较对照组缓慢 ;5年时鼻衄症状治疗有效率及注射区粘膜光滑率治疗组高于对照组 ,两组比较有非常显著性差异 (x2 =31 .32 1 ,P <0 .0 0 1 ;x2 =68.460 ,P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论消痔灵与70 %酒精硬化治疗该类鼻衄的近期疗效相近 ,远期疗效前者优于后者更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the short-term and long-term clinical therapeutic effects of sclerosing agent injection of Xiao Zhi Ling on rhinorrhagia due to local nonspecific inflammation, climatic factors and deviation of nasal septum. Methods 298 rhinorrhagia patients were divided into two groups at random. 150 patients in the treatment group were treated with Xiao Zhi Ling while 148 rhinorrhagia patients in the control group were treated with 70% alcohol. The submucous injection was conducted in both groups in the bleeding region of nasal septum. We observed the recurrence of rhinorrhagia and changes of signs of the mucosa in the injected region of nasal septum in both groups at different stages before and after the treatment. Results It was effective for the symptoms and signs of rhinorrhagia in both groups in 1 week to half a year, without significant difference in effective rates(x 2=0, P>0.05). But mucous restoration in the injected region was slower that that of the control group. In five years, the effective rate of rhinorrhagia symptoms and mucous smooth rate of the injected region in the treatment group were all higher than those of the control group, with significant difference(x 2=31.321, P<0.001; x 2=68.460, P<0.001). Conclusion In treating rhinorrhagia with XiaoZhi Ling and 70% alcohol as sclerosing agent injection respectively, the short-term therapeutic effects were similar while the former was better than the latter in terms of the long-term therapeutic effects.更多还原
