【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the physiological functions of Governor Vessel and its connections with meridians and collaterals, reviews the recent situations of treating several diseases by treating Governor Vessel. The article points out there exists a heart - brain - kidney axis with Governor Vessel as its center in the human body. The thesis analyzes the pathological manifestations of the axis, discusses the therapeutic channels, and further puts forward the idea that the basic road to mutual promotion and improvement between modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine lies in researches on meridians and collaterals from the view of holism and exploration of unknown areas of modern medicine.更多还原
