【摘要】 高校后勤资产既是国有资产,又是高校后勤服务工作必不可少的基本设施和经营资本,在后勤社会化改革不断深入的明天,必然要涉及到后勤国有资产的分离与重组、产权的明晰。本文从高校后勤社会化后国有资产管理现状入手,分析了由于产权不明晰给学校和后勤实体带来的弊端,提出了加强后勤资产管理和处置工作的具体操作思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The assets of rear service department in universities are not only national assets but also an indispensable part of infrastructure and floating capital for the work of university rear service. With the socialized reform of rear service, the national assets will surely be separated and rearranged, and the property right will be re - defined. The author bases her thesis on the present circumstance of national asset management in universities, trying to analyze the disadvantages caused by indistinct property right, which is harmful to both universities and rar service department. Then the author puts forward some operative suggestions on how to strengthen and deal with rear service asset management .更多还原
