小鼠腹腔感染阴道毛滴虫后的病理改变及致病性分析

【摘要】 观察小鼠腹腔感染阴道毛滴虫后的病理改变 ,进而深入探讨阴道毛滴虫的致病性 .并验证腹腔模型在研究滴虫致病性上的优越性 .将 80只小鼠分为 8组 ,除对照组外 ,用不同密度 (1.77× 10 6 个 /mL ,3 .16× 10 6 个 /mL ,7.2 4× 10 6 个 /mL)、不同剂量 (0 .2mL ,0 .3mL ,0 .4mL)的阴道毛滴虫对不同重量的小鼠进行腹腔接种 ,观察小鼠形态如毛发、体形、精神状态变化及腹腔内脏病理性改变 ,制作各腹腔内脏病理切片 ,观察病理改变 .结果表明 ,小鼠出现一系列病态症状 ,包括小鼠外观上 .病理解剖观察、镜下检查都显示出种种显著异常 .病变的严重程度与接种密度 ,接种剂量正相关 ,与小鼠体重反相关 .得出阴道毛滴虫有较强的致病性 .采用小鼠腹腔接种阴道毛滴虫来研究其致病性更为科学、可靠和实用 .

【Abstract】 To watch the pathological changes after inoculation in abdominal cavity of mice with Trichomonas vaginalis and to study about nosogenesis of trichomonas vaginalis. To prove the advantage of inoculation in abdominal cavity in studying nosogenesis. Methods: Seventy mice were inoculated with Trichomonas vaginalis in 3 kinds of density (1.77×10~6 /mL,3.16×10~6 /mL and 7.24×10~6/mL)and amounts (0.2 mL, 0.3 mL and 0.4 mL).The changes of behavior, hair, abdomen were observed in mice daily and abdominal abscess and ascites were examed with microscope immediately after death for confirming living Trichomonas vaginalis. Make pathologic slice of organs include liver, pancreas and observe each pathological changes. Obvious pathological changes were appeared in infected mice,such as HedTgehogoid hair, abdomen expansion, lassitude Abscesses were found in the surfaces of peritoneum and abdomen organs. The higher the density is, the more the amount is and the lighter the mouse is, the severer the pathological changes are. There is really ontogenesis of Trichomonas vaginalis. Inoculation in abdominal cavity of mice with Trichomonas vaginalis is advanced in studying ontogenesis of Trichomonas vaginalis
