【摘要】 |
泥鳅是珍禽朱的主要食物之一 ,开展人工繁殖技术研究 ,意义重大 .泥鳅一冬龄性成熟 ,耐低氧 ,最适生长水温 2 4℃～ 2 7℃ ,繁殖水温不得低于 18℃ ,参加繁殖试验的亲鱼要求体重雌性 2 0 g左右 ,雄性不得低于 12g ,雄性泥鳅一般体小 ,胸鳍末端较尖 .雌性泥鳅体大 ,胸鳍末端展开呈扇形 ,性腺发育至Ⅳ—Ⅴ期 ,可注射适量LRHA - 2 和HCG ,雌雄性等量 ,♀∶♂ =1∶2 (3 ) .水族箱内催产受精 ,水泥池中孵化网内孵化 ,效果较好 . |

Loach (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) is one of main feeds of the Crested Ibis (Nipponia Nippon), and from this point, the loach artificial reproduction has important meaning. Locah sex can mature in 1 winter year. It can endure low oxygen, its optimum growing water temperament is 24～27℃ and its reproductive water temperament can not be allowed beneath 18℃.
