高等师范教育改革的基本思路
Thinking of Higher Normal Education Reform
【摘要】 以培养中学教师为主要任务的高等师范教育作为教师教育的关键环节,在改革中必须与我国基础教育发展的方向相适应,把素质教育和创新教育放在重要位置。努力改变高师院校办学条件差、师资水平低、培养模式单一的现状,吸收借鉴国外培养模式多元化、课程设置协调化、职前教育与在职培训一体化的教师教育经验,真正确立开放式教育、终身教育、综合性教育的教师教育理念,在现行体制和现有条件的基础上,通过课程、教材、课时等方面的修补性改革,逐步向根本性的教育模式改革过渡。
【Abstract】 Aiming at training teachers for middle and primary schools, as a key link in the teachers training, the higher pedagogical education reform have to be in line with the direction of the fundamental education’s development of China and ought to put the qualityoriented education and the bringing forth new idea’s training in a very important position.When we try our best to change the poorly equiped conditions and lower teachers’ teaching level, also the simplistic training way, we need to make use of the experiences of other countries for reference, in order to promote the training methods to be full of variety, the arrangement of courses to be more balanced, the occupational training in advance and the inservice training to be integrated. By doing so, the models of thought of the opening education,lifelong education and various education can be strengthened.Haveing based on present educational system and envionment, we have been carring out the reforms of the courses, the coursebooks, the class hour, as well as the system of double BA degree and specialized and subsidiary course,also the reform of the structure courses and plans, and its implement of the methods.Therefore, the educational reform will be changed from interim measure of education into the fundamental education system.
