【摘要】 用禽流感(AI)灭活疫苗免疫120日龄蛋鸡后,分别于30,50,70,90,110,130d检测AI-HI抗体。检测结果表明,30dAI抗体为5.0log2;70d为7.11log2,抗体效价达到最高值;到90d,AI抗体效价为6.12log2,开始下降;110dAI抗体效价降至4.65log2;120dAI抗体效价已降到临界值以下,为3.2log2。AI灭活疫苗免疫期在120d以内。更多还原

【Abstract】 After immunization for 120d.Laying hens with AI antibody.AIHI antibody were tested in 30,50,70,90,110 and 130 day and a curve was drawn.AI antibody at 30d was 5.0 log2,reaching the miximum 7.11 log2 at 70d and started to decline from 90d to 6.12log2 4.65log2 at 110d at 110d and fell below cretia 3.2 log2 at 120d.It is concluded that its effective immue period is within 120 days.更多还原
