【摘要】 目的 :研究不同剂量紫草醇提取物对实验性银屑病表皮细胞过度增殖的抑制作用。方法 :以不同剂量紫草醇提取物给雌激素周期模型的小鼠灌胃 ,计数阴道上皮基底细胞的有丝分裂指数。结果 :各剂量组均有明显作用 ( P<0 .0 1) ,以 7.5 g/ kg剂量组作用显著 ,剂量与作用有直线相关性 ( r=0 .666)。结论 :各剂量组对银屑病样表皮过度增殖均有较好的作用 ,以 7.5 g/ kg剂量作用最佳 ,量效呈正相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of different doses of alcohol extracts from ZiCao on psoriatic epidermic hyperproliferation.Methods:The model mice produced pathologically from estrogen-induced vagina epidermis were orally administrated with different doses of alcohol extracts.The mitosis index of base cells were examined by LM.Results:The different doses all have obvious effects and have a linear dose-effect correlation.Conclution:The alcohol extracts of ZiCao have good effect on psoriatic epidermic hyperproliferation with different doses,and have a positive dose-effect correlation,the effect of 7.5 g/kg dose is better.更多还原
