【摘要】 目的 :探讨趾底总神经卡压综合征的诊断和治疗方法。方法 :对 10例趾底神经卡压综合征分别采用神经卡压部周围纤维组织切除术、神经外膜切开、跖间深韧带切断减压术、解剖异常矫正术及局部封闭等方法治疗。结果 :手术治疗 5例 ,术后趾神经功能全部恢复正常 ;局部封闭治疗 4例 ,1例因无效放弃治疗而未联系。结论 :趾神经卡压综合征以跖骨头下灼痛或严重疼痛 ,并向足面放射 ,感觉障碍为主要诊断依据。早期以保守治疗为主 ,一旦出现明显的感觉功能障碍症状 ,宜早期手术治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of digital basilar nerves compression syndromes.Methods:Among 10 cases of entrapment neuropathy of digital basilar nerves.5 were managed with operation (external neurolysis internal neurolysis metatarsal deep ligament or correction of anatomical anormaly).4 with conservative treatment (and local block).Results:The follow up period was 3 months.Complete recovery occurred in all 5 cases receiving operation.In 5 cases receiving local block alleviation of the symptoms was seen in four and no effect in the one who give up to operation afterwards.Conclusions:The main diagnositic evidence for digital basilar nerve entrapment is causalgia or serious pain in the below metatarsal head instep diffuses.Generally it is managed by conservative treatment.Early surgical treatment however is recommended once evident paresthesia developed.更多还原
