生物法脱除酸性工业气体中硫的研究
STUDY ON REMOVAL OF SULFIDE FROM ACID GAS IN INDUSTRY BY BIOTECHNOLOGY
【摘要】 以H-2软性填料作为氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillus ferroxidans)的固定化载体,构建了固定床生物反应器。考察了在通气量330 1/h、稀释率0.6 h-1、pH值为2.0、温度30℃的条件下,固定床生物反应器中氧化Fe2+的反应状况。Fe2+的最大氧化反应速率达到7.67g[Fe2+/(1·h)。研究了固定床生物反应器运行过程中载体表面上形成的络合物。X-衍射分析结果表明,此络合物为黄钾铁矾[KFe3(SO4)2(OH)6]。采用该固定床生物反应器,H2S脱除率达到99.5%以上,并副产高纯度的硫磺。
【Abstract】 A fixed-bed bioreactor is constructed by immobilized cells of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans with H-2 carrier. In the state of bioreactor operation, a maximum Fe2+ oxidation rate of 7. 67 g [Fe2+ ]/ (1·h) was attained with the aeration of 330 l/h,the dilution rate of 0.6 h-1 the pH of 2.0 and the temperature of 30 ℃ . And the complex compound forming on the surface of the carrier in the operation of the bioreactor was identified as jarosite by X-ray diffraction analysis. In the fixed-bed bioreactor, the removal of hydrogen sulfide was higher than 99. 5 % , and the by-product was sulphur of high purity.
