【摘要】 目的 :观察阿托品外敷对新生儿静脉输注多巴胺引起局部组织损伤的影响。方法 :将 60例应用多巴胺静脉输注的新生儿随机分成两组 ,治疗组静脉输注完应用阿托品湿敷 ,对照组采用生理盐水湿敷 ,观察在不同时间穿刺部位局部损伤的程度和苍白范围变化。结果 :随着湿敷时间的延长 ,治疗组局部组织损伤的程度和范围都明显低于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :阿托品湿敷可有效改善静脉输注多巴胺引起的注射部位局部组织损伤更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to observe the influence of atropine wet packing in newborns with local soft tissue injury induced by intravenously infusion of dopamine. Methods: a total of 60 newborns who accepted intravenously infusion of dopamine were selected and divided into two groups randomly. Patients of test group were got atropine wet packing after their intravenously infusion. Patients of control group were just given normal saline wet packing after their infusion. Both in degrees and in scopes of local soft tissue injuries of all subjects were observed in different time periods. Results: with the prolonging of the wet packing, either in degrees or in scopes, local soft tissue injuries of test patients were far less than that of control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: atropine wet packing may effectively abate or improve local injecting area soft tissue injuries induced by dopamine intravenously infusion.更多还原
