【摘要】 目的 :探讨脑卒中发病到康复开始的间隔时间(OAI)对病人日常生活活动(ADL)能力的影响。方法 :采用回顾性研究的方法 ,分析 2 2 5例脑卒中后ADL能力的变化及相关因素。结果 :OAI与ADL入院 值呈正相关 (r =0 .14 6,P =0 .0 2 87) ,与ADL增加 值呈负相关 (r =-0 .2 5 4,P =0 .0 0 0 1) ;OAI是ADL出院值的预测因素之一。结论 :早期康复有利于病人ADL能力的提高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to probe into influence of the interval from onset admission interval(OAI) in cerebral apoplexy patients on their activities of daily living(ADL). Method: both changes of ADL and related factors of a total of 225 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients were studied retrospectively. Results: there was positive correlation between OAI and ADL of hospitalized cerebral apoplexy patients (r=0.146,P=0.028 7). There was negative correlation between OAI and the increasing of ADL in cerebral apoplexy patients(r=-0.254,P=0.000 1). OAI of patients with cerebral apoplexy may serve as a predictive factor for discharging. Conclusion: early stage rehabilitation of cerebral apoplexy patients may do favor to enhancing the ADL of them.更多还原
