【摘要】 目的 :探讨深静脉血栓病人心理因素与生存质量的关系。方法 :采用自行设计的调查表 ,对深静脉血栓溶栓和取栓术后 0 .5a～ 1.5a的 75例病人进行问卷调查。结果 :4项心理因素 (配偶的理解与配合、同事的理解与配合、自身对疾病的认识、自身对治疗的态度 )≤ 2分者 ,生活质量较差 ,>2分者 ,生活质量较高。结论 :加强心理关怀 ,可提高深静脉血栓病人的生活质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to explore the relationship between psychological factors and life quality in patients with deep vein thrombus. Method: a total of 75 cases deep vein thrombus were investigated via filling out self-designed questionnaire at the time of 0.5 ato 1.5 a after embolus extraction operation. Results: those patients with 4-items psychological factors (including understanding and cooperation of one’s spouse, understanding and cooperation of colleagues, cognition towards the illness of itself, and one’s attitude towards their illness) less than 2 had poor life quality. However, those of 4-items score more than 2 had better life quality. Conclusion: to strengthen the psychological care of patients with deep vein thrombus may enhance their life quality.更多还原
