【摘要】 目的 :为了解出院高血压病人的遵医行为及健康教育对出院高血压病人遵医行为的影响。方法 :将 2 0 0 1年 2月— 2 0 0 1年12月曾在我院心血管内科住院的高血压病人 10 0例随机分为实验组与对照组 ,对实验组病人进行系统的健康教育。 6个月后对两组病人遵医率及血压控制达标率进行调查。结果 :实验组病人遵医率及血压达标率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :对出院高血压病人实施跟踪随访及健康教育 ,有助于强化高血压病人的遵医行为更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the treatment compliance of the discharged patients with hypertension, and to find the affection of health education on patient’s treatment compliance behavior.Methods:100 discharged patients(separately discharged from February 2001 to December 2001 from the Cardiovascular Medicine Department in our hospital ) were randomly divided into test group and contrast group.Only the test group carried out systematic health education.After 6 months,the rate of the treatment compliance and the rate of standard blood pressure control of test group were compared with those of contrast group respectively.Results:The rate of the treatment compliance and the rate of standard blood pressure control in test group were significantly higher than those in contrast group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Consultation and health education in discharged patients with hypertension can strengthen patient’s treatment compliance behavior.更多还原
