【摘要】 目的 :寻找降低剖宫产率、提高阴道分娩的有效方法。方法 :对采用导乐陪伴分娩的 15 0例初产妇 (观察组 )与同期进入活跃期后仅由家属陪伴的 15 0例初产妇(对照组 )进行比较观察。结果 :剖宫产率观察组为2 0 .67% ,对照组为 3 1.3 3 % ;总产程观察组 6.5 7h± 2 .62h ,对照组 8.81h± 3 .90h ;产后 2h平均出血量观察组明显低于对照组 ,两组比较均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :应用导乐陪伴分娩可以降低剖宫产率 ,缩短产程及减少产后出血 ,有利于母婴健康更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to find out an effective method to lower down cesarean section rate and elevate vaginal delivery rate of pregnant. Method: a total of 150 primiparae were selected as test group who were accepted happiness-guided accompanying childbirth. Another 150 cases of primiparae in the active stage underwent childbirth accompanied by their family members as control group. Results: in terms of cesarean section rate, it accounted for 20.67% in test group. In control group, it accounted for 31.33%. In terms of the overall stages of labor, it was 6.57 h±2.62 h in primiparae of test group. Whereas in control group, it was 8.18 h±3.90 h.Primipara in test group was with less average amount of bleeding than those in control group. There was statistical significance between the two groups (all P<0.01). Conclusion: happiness-guided childbirth may lower cesarean section rate. It may shorten the stage of labor and decrease the postpartum hemorrhage of primiparae. It is good for health of mothers and infants and should be encouraged.更多还原
