【摘要】 马来酸酐与甲醇在混合催化剂的作用下,一步合成了富马酸二甲酯。确定了最佳工艺条件:三氯化铁0 5g,浓硫酸1 0ml,浓磷酸2 0ml,硫脲1 0g,溴化钠1 0g,马来酸酐4g及甲醇,回流反应2h,产率达88%,产品纯度大于99%。该法具有操作简便、反应时间短的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dimethyl fumarate is synthesized by onestep from maleic anhydrid and methanol in the presence of mixed catalyst.The optimum conditions were as follows:a mixture of 0.5 g ferric chloride,1.0 ml sulfuric acid,2.0 ml phosphoric acid,1.0 g sulfourea and 1.0 g natrium brominates,4 g maleic anhydride with methanol was refluxed for 2 h. The yield of product can reach 88% with 99% purity.The method has advantages of simple operation and short reaction time.更多还原
