【Abstract】 In the formulating course of the first Constitution of P.R.China ("Constitution of 1954") Mao Zedong’s main contribution includes three aspects:1.paying high attention and participating in the whole course;2.theoretically establishing basic principle for formulating constitution and providing a guiding thought for making out constitution;3.Mao Zedong’s thought of constitution is also the resource of thinking of "Constitution of 1954".It can be said that Mao Zedong is both a general supervisor and a chief designer for the constitution.更多还原
