【摘要】 专科毕业生就业难的主要原因是 :接收安置大学生主渠道的能力不强 ;用人单位的人才高消费 ;高校发展规模较快 ,结构性矛盾突出 ,专科定位不准 ;专科生自身素质差。解决的主要对策有 :国家要加大对大学生就业工作的力度 ;用人单位要改变用人观 ,加强人才储备 ;高校要加大改革力度 ,提高毕业生质量 ;毕业生要转变观念 ,提高自身素质 ,主动适应市场需求更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,a lot of facts can explain the reasons why it is so difficult for junior college students to get employment: lack of channels for disposing the graduates, employers with high requirements for job hunters, the wrong orientation of junior college students resulted from the enlarged enrollment and the poor capability of the graduates. The major solutions to the problems are:the country should manage to offer college graduates more opportunities for occupation,and employers should change their ideas of employing people.Colleges should quicken their steps to reform and seek to improve students’ capability.
