多层压配组合冷挤压凹模的优化设计
Optimum design of multi-layer press-fit composite cold extrusion concave die
【摘要】 讨论多层压配组合冷挤压凹模的优化设计 ,推导了多层压配组合冷挤压凹模各层的应力和预紧力公式 ,并论证了屈服点分别在各层的内表面上 ;分别建立了在给定 1~ 3层组合凹模的外半径的条件下 ,以提高组合冷挤压凹模的承载能力为目标的最优化设计数学模型 ,以及在满足凹模的承载能力的条件下 ,以减少凹模的结构尺寸为目标的最优化设计数学模型 ;通过优化计算 ,得到了 1~ 3层组合凹模承载能力与最小凹模外半径等关系曲线。
【Abstract】 The key to the design of multi-layer press-fit cold extrusion concave die is to determine appropriately the constructional dimensions and shrink-fit pressures between two adjoining components. In this article, its optimum design method will be discussed. First, the formulae of stresses for each component in the compound die, and the formulae of shrink-fit pressure are derived, and the yield points proved to be on the inner surface of each layer. Then, the optimum design model which can improve the load capacity of multi-layer press-fit composite cold extrusion concave die under the required condition that the outer radius is given, and another model that can decrease the constructional dimension of the die under the required condition of the load capacity are established respectively. Finely, using optimum design gets the minimal outer radius versus the load capacity curve for press-fit composite cold extrusion concave die from one to three layers.
