有限元法修正冷轧带钢工作辊接触压扁公式
FEM fitting of contact flattening equation of working rolls in cold strip steel rolling
【摘要】 采用弹塑性大变形有限元法对板带冷轧过程中工作辊的接触压扁进行模拟,利用数值手段对轧辊弹性压扁后的形状曲线进行拟合,并对计算轧辊压扁半径的Hitchcock公式进行了修正,大幅提高了轧制力的控制模型精度。
【Abstract】 Using elastic-plastic and large deformation FEM, simulated the contact flattening of the working rolls in cold strip steel rolling. And fitted the shape curves after elastic flattening of the working rolls using numeric method, then revised the Hitchcock equation of calculating the roll flattening radius which can enhance the accuracy of the control model of rolling force calculating in a wide range.
