面向数值模拟和优化集成的板材成形缺陷的量化表示
The expression approach of sheet metal forming defects towards the integration of FEM with optimization method
【摘要】 板材成形数值模拟技术和现代优化的集成将大大提高设计质量,缩短产品上市时间。两种方法的结合,必须对板材的成形缺陷进行量化的表示,以形成目标函数和约束条件。为此,本文提出了质量函数的概念,并对起皱、平台区、破裂及回弹等常见缺陷进行了定义。
【Abstract】 The integration of numerical simulation of sheet metal forming with optimization method will greatly improve the design quality and reduce the time to the market. It is necessary to define a numerical expression of the defects in quantitative measure of the quality of part. So Quality Functions are presented to define wrinkle, flat area, fracture and springback tendency etc.
