【摘要】 从另外一个角度,在考虑既满足还贷要求,又满足居民和工企业承受能力的前提下,利用计算机仿真技术,通过设定不同的参数来进行仿真计算,进而求出最优的水价策略。

【Abstract】 In this paper, on the condition of considering both the payment and the supportability of the inhabitant and the industry, using the computer emulation technology, the optimal water price is determined through computer emulation with different parameters.
