光合细菌对咪唑的降解及其动力学初析
Biodegradation of Imidazole by Phosynthetic Bacteria and Analysis of Kinetics of Degradation
【摘要】 研究了紫色非硫光合细菌沼泽红假单胞菌 (Rhodopseudomonas palustris)对不同浓度咪唑的降解及其动力学 .结果表明 ,当咪唑初始浓度为 1.4 7mmol/L、4 .4 1mm ol/L、7.35 mm ol/L时 ,其降解过程比较快 ,2 4 h内就可以被完全降解 ,而且降解动力学符合零级反应 .当咪唑初始浓度为 11.0 3mm ol/L时 ,咪唑降解过程比其他 3个低浓度系列要稍慢一些 ,但其降解动力学仍然符合零级反应 .而当咪唑初始浓度为 14 .7m mol/L 时 ,在降解开始的数小时内 ,咪唑的浓度基本没变化 ,之后其浓度开始明显减少 ,其降解动力学不符合零级反应 .
【Abstract】 The degradation of imidazole of different concertrations and the kinetic were studied by Rhodoseudomonase palustris.It was found that when the initial concertrations were 1.47 mmol/L,4.41 mmol/L and 7.35 mmol/L,imidazole could be removed completely for 24 h;while the initial concertrations were 7.35 and 14.7 mmol/L,imidazole could be removed a little for 24 h.But their kinetic except 14.7 mmol/L were fitted in zero-order reaction equations.
