【Abstract】 The basic structure of phaselocked amplifier was introduced and the principle of phaselocked amplifier to realize weak signal detection was analyzed,a new method and system for detecting the cell concentration in microbiological fermentation processing online and insuit by phaselocked amplifier was designed.The experiment results shown the feasibility of this detecting method.And this technique can be used to monitor cell concentration of fermentation processing.更多还原
