【摘要】 在我国 ,无论是计划经济时期还是市场经济时期 ,始终存在着城市扩展用地问题。随城市圈的不断扩大 ,耕地不断减少 ,以长期参加农业劳动为基本定义的农民 ,由于人多地少的根本矛盾 ,大批量的涌入城市。把农民从土地上解放出来 ,应该说是社会的巨大进步 ,但这种进步并不是由于劳动方式的改变而实现的 ,而是因不同劳动方式利益的驱动 (城市劳动利益优于农业的劳动利益 )和农村人多地少、劳动力过剩的矛盾日益加剧而形成的。在社会变革中 ,如果不能彻底解决好这一进步过程中的核心问题 ,这种社会的进步将会以更大的社会付出为代价。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of acquiring land for the extension of the urban construction has always existed in China. As a result of ever increasing urban area, farmers crowd into cities in large numbers. The liberation of farmers from their land may have been a social progress, only this is not realized out of a transformation of labor but rather driven under certain interests.
