【摘要】 目的　考核双价肾综合征出血热地鼠肾原代细胞纯化疫苗 (汉滩型 +汉城型 )对人体的安全性及免疫原性。方法　分别选择南方和北方两个观察点 ,分别接种 5 18人和 6 5 0人 ,观察接种对象的副反应 ,并测定血清荧光抗体和中和抗体。结果　在观察中仅有 2人呈现度局部副反应 ,总反应率为 0 .5 0 %。IFA抗体阳转率为89.95 % ,ELISA抗体阳转率为 10 0 % ,GMT为 1735。中和抗体阳转率大于 87.38%。结论　该疫苗对人体安全 ,具有较好的免疫原性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safety and immunogenicity of purified bivalent heamorrhagic fever with renal syndrome vaccine to humans.Methods Inoculate the bivalent vaccine to 518 and 650 subjects in Southern and Northern China respectively,observe adverse reactions,and detect serum fluorescent antibody and neutralizing antibody.Results Mild local reactions were observed in 2 subjects,and the total adverse reaction rate was 0.50%.The IFA antibody,ELISA antibody and neutralizing abtibody positive conversion rate were 89.95%,100% and 87.38% respectively,and GMT was 1735.Conclusion The bivalent vaccine is safe to humans and has good immunogenicity.更多还原
