甲肝和麻疹病毒混合感染人胚肺二倍体细胞病毒增殖动态及与细胞相互作用的研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨甲肝病毒 (HAV)和麻疹病毒 (MV)混合感染人胚肺二倍体细胞 2BS株 (2BS)病毒增殖动态及病毒与细胞相互作用的关系 ,为制备甲肝 -麻疹二联活疫苗提供基础资料。方法 将HAV和MV先后感染2BS ,应用细胞病理学、亲和素 生物素系统免疫组化技术和电镜技术检测HAV和MV在 2BS内增殖动态及 2种病毒与细胞的相互关系 ,观察HAV和MV在细胞内的超微结构。结果 HAV和MV能在同一种细胞基质中增殖 ,也能在同一个细胞中增殖 ,但 2种病毒与细胞的相互作用明显不同。结论 HAV对MV的再感染似乎无明显干扰现象

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the propagation dynamics of hepatitis A(HA) and measles(M) viruses in the human embryo lung diploid cell(2BS) after mixed infection with the 2 kinds of viruses,as well as the interaction between viruses and cells.Methods The propagation dynamics of HAV and MV and the interaction between viruses and infected cells were studied by cytopathological and immunohistochemical techniques,as well as electron microscopy,and the ultrastructures of HAV and MV were observed.Results HAV and MV could propagate in the same cellular matrix or the same cell.However,the interaction between each of them and cells were significantly different.Conclusion No significant interference of HAV on the reinfection of MV was observed.
