一些单子叶木本植物鲜叶提取物清除DPPH自由基活性初探
Studies on free radical scavenging activities of extracts from fresh leaves of some woody plants of rosource
【摘要】 研究用二苯基苦基苯肼自由基酶标仪法 ,对常见的三十余种单子叶木本植物鲜叶的自由基清除活性进行了比较 ,发现不同科属、不同种植物鲜叶的 80 %甲醇提取物对DPPH自由基的清除活性有很大差异 ,其中供试的棕榈科 7种植物鲜叶提取物 ,在相当于鲜叶浓度为 2 5mg/ml于 3 7℃下孵育 2 0min时 ,对 0 5mmol/LDPPH自由基清除率平均可达 40 0 % ,而龙舌兰科 5种植物平均仅为 7 2 % ;刺葵、棕竹、筋头竹、蒲葵和棕榈等鲜叶有较强的自由基清除活性 ,它们在相当于鲜叶浓度为 2 5mg/ml时的自由基清除率分别可达 83 1%、79 2 %、64 9%、60 5 %和 5 1 3 %。这些树种有一定的开发潜力
【Abstract】 A DPPH-Microplate assay were made to determine the free radical scavenging activity of the 80% methanol extracts from the leaves of some Gymmospermae woody plants.The results revealed that different genera and species had very different free radical scavenging capacities,and as the raising of concentration and the prolonging of incubation time at 37℃,their free radical scavenging capacities increased.Of all trees,Phoenix hanceana Naud,Rhapis humilix Bl,Rhapis excelsa(Thunb.)Henry ex K. Rehd,Livistona chinensis (Jacq.) R.Br,and Trachycarpus fortunei (Hook.f.)H.Wendl.Showed the strongest free radical scavenging capacity,the extracts at a concentration that equals to 2.5mg leaves per milliliter and after incubating for 20 minutes,their scavenging rates to 0.5 mmol/L DPPH were 83.1%?79 2%?64 9%?60 5% and 51.3% respectively.
