【Abstract】 Biosurfactants were biomolecules with high surface activty synthesized by microorganisms in certain conditions.They were paid widely attentions for their low toxicity to environment.However,isolation and purification of biosurfactants from fermentation liquid were the key problems on their commercialization.Ways used in isolating and purificating biosurfactants were discussed and their prospects were introduced.更多还原
