【摘要】 石蜡切片法制作细长或薄片状生物材料的横切面切片时 ,可进行下列简便而有效的石蜡包埋方法 :先在包埋纸盒底部倒上少许熔蜡 ,形成约 1mm厚的软蜡层 ;待软蜡层凝固前 ,再向纸盒中倒满熔蜡 ,然后迅速将渗好蜡的材料直立地放入熔蜡中 ,并将材料轻压在纸盒底部的软蜡层上更多还原

【Abstract】 When preparing transverse section slice of threadlike or lamellar biological materials by paraffin method,the convenient and effective way of paraffin imbedding was as follows:a little molten paraffin was first poured into the embedding paper box to form an 1mm orso layer of soft parafifin on the base of the box. Before the soft paraffin layer was solidified,the box was filled up with some molten parafifin in succession,and then immediately the materials infilrated thoronghly with the molten paraffin were erectly placed into the molten paraffin and slightly pressed on the soft paraffin layter on the base of the box.更多还原
