【Abstract】 A new technics for producing monoclonal antibodies blood type grouping reagents was established.With 4 liters roller bottle,the quality indexes concerned with the products were reached or surpassed the state requirements for biologics,especially the antibodies titers were improved.The output of the antibodies was increased greatly and the production cycle was reduced from 5～6 days to 2～3 days.更多还原
