【Abstract】 In the course of nervous tissue block silver staining with Cajals ammonia alcohol method,Microwave rediation were applied to the steps of fixation,silver infiltration and reduction.The results showed that microwave radiation could promote effection of fixation,silve infiltration and reduction,so the time of nervous tissue block silver staining was obviously shortened.更多还原
