【Abstract】 A series of experiments were done to screen highly dextranase-productive strain by mutagenesis and study its basic fermentation conditions.Its original enzyme activity was31U/ml.Treated by UV,60 Co,LiCl mutagenesis,the highly productive strain SB126was finally obtained.The enzyme activity went up to85U/ml in the end.The basic fermentation conditions were flask content 30ml/250ml,rotation speed180r /min,pH7.0,temperature30℃,inoculating quantity8%,and5d.更多还原
