【Abstract】 To further improve some metabolic character of microorganism cell, metabolic engineering introduces the directed genetic changes using recombinant DNA technology and has developed as a very powerful approach to industrial microorganism screening and optimizing fermentation processes. An important makeup of metabolic engineering is gene modification and expression. This paper presents advances in gene-modification and gene-expression tools for the metabolic engineering.更多还原
