【摘要】 为了提高酵母菌麦角固醇的产量 ,采用摇瓶培养法 ,对筛选出的一株酵母菌YN2产麦角固醇发酵条件进行了研究。结果表明 ,酵母菌YN2产麦角固醇适宜的培养基配方为 :酵母粉 1% ,牛肉膏 2 .5 % ,葡萄糖 8% ,K2 HPO4 0 .3% ,MgSO4 0 .15 % ,该菌株产麦角固醇最适培养条件为 :培养温度 2 8℃ ,起始pH6 .5 ,发酵时间 72h。在优化的实验条件下 ,麦角固醇含量可达 2 .2 % ,10 0ml发酵液中麦角固醇产量达 2 5 .30mg。更多还原

【Abstract】 To increase the production of ergosterol by yeast,the fermentation conditions for ergosterol production by yeast YN2 were studied with shake flask culture method.The optimal culture medium obtained through orthogonal designs was as follows:yeast extract powder 1%,be4ef extract 2.5%,glucose 8%,K₂HPO₄ 0.3%,MgSO₄ 0.15%.The optimal cultivation conditions for ergosterol production by this yeast were as follows:pH 6.5,culture temperature 28℃,fermentation time 72 hours.Under the optimal conditions,the content of ergosterol reached 2.2% and the production of ergosterol reached 25.3mg/100ml fermentation liquid.更多还原
