瑞香狼毒有效成分的提取及性质分析

【摘要】 从瑞香狼毒 (StelleraChamaejasme .L)根部提取的一种物质 ,经纤维素柱层析 ,纯化出两种白色粉末。经紫外光谱分析及化学性质测定初步表明这种物质为黄酮类结构的化合物 ,这与有关文献报道的狼毒素性质一致。并对其药理学性质作了初步研究 ,结果表明 ,小鼠肌肉注射瑞香狼毒提取物成分A后 ,不会引起小鼠中毒死亡 ,也不引起过敏及严重的毒性反应。小鼠体重增长测定结果表明 :注射狼毒提取成分A ,小鼠体重增长受轻微的影响 ,较对照组增长缓慢 (t=2 74 ,p =0 0 2 9<0 0 5 )。对造成白细胞减少的免疫缺陷型小鼠注射狼毒提取物可使白细胞显著增高 (t=6 70 ,p =0 0 0 5 <0 0 1) ,表明有治疗和预防免疫缺陷的作用。初步证明该提取物对克氏肺炎杆菌有抑制作用。该研究为瑞香狼毒有效成分的研究和治疗提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 A kind of material has been extracted from the roots of Stellera Chamaejasme. L. It was chromotagraphied by the column of DEAE. Two purified white components were obtained. It was identified as compounds with the construction of flavonoids by the analysis of ultraviolet rays and chemical characterization, and there was an identity in construction to that of Chamaejasmae reported before. Some preliminary researchs about its characters of pharmacy were carried out. The results show that after the mice received injection intramuscularly, this substance would not bring about the death of the experimental mice, and it caused no serious toxic reactions .The growth of the mice indicated that the vigor of the mice would be somewhat influenced by the injections. The speed of growth of these mice was slower than that of those under the control [t=2.74, p=0.029<0.05 ]. The injection could also help the white cells in the white-cell-deficient mice increase significantly [t=6.70 p=0.005<0.01].This substance is proved to have prevention and cure effect on immunologic dificiency. There appeared a preliminary restrainable effects against Pneumobacillus,K.. It could provide us with some references for curing respiratory diseases.
