【Abstract】 This paper reports high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of Finguel(MS 222) in the blood of fish,the brain of fish,the flesh of fish and the liver of fish using YWG C18 10um column with 0 2mol/L phosphate buffer(pH 3 1)∶Methanol (85∶15) as mobile phase,and detected at 223nm.The flow rate was 0 7ml/min.The average recovery,the blood of fish was 87 78%,the brain of fish was 95 30%,the flesh of fish was 92 3%,the liver of fish was 77 00%.更多还原
