【Abstract】 With many overwhelming superiorities the bioreactor in transgenic avian egg is expected to be an excellent system in genetic engineering to produce recombinant proteins.This system has tremendous profit potential and prospects for human benefits,which attract more and more companies and scientists to pursue on it.The difficulties of transgenesis in avian,however,have made the field moving forward tortuously.There has been no any important breakthrough to bring us closer to commercialization,although lots of techniques have been tried laboriously.An outline of this system including the research progress and trends is given.;更多还原
