【Abstract】 Continuous fermentation of recombinant human interleukin 11 which expressed by Pichia pastoris have been investigated.Continuous production of rhIL-11 by Pichia pastoris was demonstrated in a 10-L working volume fermentor using glycerol and methanol as the carbon source.The fermentation could be extended for 20 days with a steady-state protein concentration of approximately 400mg/ml.Cell densities (OD 600 ) were >100 at a dilution rate (D) of 0 05h -1 . ;更多还原
