【摘要】 目前 ,外源基因在转基因植物中表达效率低是一个普遍存在而又亟待解决的问题。现结合当前国内外在植物基因工程中取得的进展 ,初步探讨实现外源基因高效表达的种种途径 ,包括 :启动子的选择和改造 ;目的基因的改造 ;构建含有核基质结合区的表达载体 ;建立位点特异重组体系 ;利用细胞器定位信号和采用叶绿体进行转化等。同时对这些方法在实际应用中存在的问题和前景提出了一些看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the exogenes in the transgenic plants being rarely expressed effectively has been universally existed, resolution of this crux is of great significance. In this paper the methods of enhancing and optimizing expression of exogenes were reviewed. These methods include: reselection and reconstruction of promoters; modification of target genes; construction of expression plasmid vector containing MARs; institution of integration site- specific recombinant system; making use of organella- specific signal sequence; adoption of chloroplast transgenic system. In addition, the disadvantages and the prospects when these methods were applied were also discussed. ;更多还原
