血液净化吸附剂CAA去除血浆亚甲蓝对人血浆正常成分的影响
Effects of the Adsorbent CAA for Hemopurification on Normal Components of Human Plasma in Removing Methylene Blue
【摘要】 亚甲蓝光处理法可以灭活血浆中多种病毒 ,随后去除亚甲蓝可以减少其产生的副作用。本研究考查了交联琼脂包嵌凹凸棒珠 CAA去除血浆亚甲蓝后对人血浆中部分成分的影响。通过测定对照试样和过柱血浆中的部分生化指标、凝血指标及阳离子浓度变化 ,评价了 CAA的生物医学性能。血浆经 CAA作用前后生化指标、钾、钠离子浓度指标几乎无变化 ;钙镁离子浓度的增加和血氨浓度降低明显 ;活化部分凝血酶原时间有明显延长 (由 4 2 s至 5 3s)。结果表明 ,CAA吸附剂保留了血浆的大多数重要性质 ,能有效去除血浆亚甲蓝而不会引起临床意义上的不良变化
【Abstract】 Virus inactivation of plasma can be achieved by phototreatment with methylene blue (MB). Subsequently, elimination of MB may reduce the adverse effects of MB. This study examined the effects of adsorbing MB with the use of cross linked agar bead entrapped attapulgite clay (CAA) on normal ingredients in MB treated plasma units. The biomedical characteristics of CAA were assessed by determination of partial biochemical indexes, coagulation potency and some cationic concentration in a control sample and the MB treated plasma eluted from CAA column. The biochemistry indexes or K +, Na + in plasma were almost unaltered before and after CAA adsorption. In contrast, the concentrations of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ increased and the blood ammonium decreased obviously. The activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) was prolonged from 42 s to 53 s, and prothrombin time (PT) from 13 s to 14 s. The result indicates that CAA as an adsorbent for hemopurification retains the most important characters of human plasma. CAA can be useful for the elimination of MB in MB treated plasma and does not bring on harmful alteration in clinical significance.
