简易等离子体源改装制作
Refit of Simple Plasma Generator
【摘要】 以生物实验室常见的离子溅射仪改装制作了简易等离子体源 ,验证了等离子体强度的均一性 ,并以细菌培养皿为例进行了材料表面改性实验。结果表明 ,等离子体处理后细菌培养皿表面由疏水变为亲水 ,并获得支持细胞黏附铺展的能力。由此可见 ,改装后的离子溅射仪可作为有效的等离子体源用于生物材料的表面工程
【Abstract】 A simple plasma generator was refitted on the basis of usual ion sputter in biological labs, and uniformity of plasma intensity was verified. Bacteriological dishes were used as an example of material surface modification. The results showed that bacteriological dishes were switched from hydrophobic to hydrophilic after plasma treatment, and they obtained the ability to support cells adhesion and spreading. This demonstrated that the refitted ion sputter can be used as an effective plasma generator for biomaterial surface engineering.
