炼油厂缓蚀剂的现场应用和性能评价

【摘要】 现场试验了一种油溶性缓蚀剂和两种水溶性缓蚀剂。结果显示:在不注中和剂(氨水)的条件下,注入12~13μg/g IMC-石大1号油溶性缓蚀剂能将二价铁离子浓度降低到2mg/L左右。注入15-20μg/g水溶性缓蚀剂才能将的二价铁离子浓度降低到3-33mg/L。IMC-石大2号油溶性缓蚀剂的防腐蚀效果优于水溶性缓蚀剂。

【Abstract】 One oil soluble corrosion inhibitor and 2 water soluble inhibitors have been tested in the commercial units. The results show that the addition of IMC - Shida NO. 2 oil soluble corrosion inhibitor at 12 ~ 13 ppm can reduce iron ion to about 2 mg/L without injection of neutralizing agent (ammonia water), while 15-20 ppm water soluble corrosion inhibitor is required to reduce the iron ion to 3 ~ 33 mg/L in the condensing system of the atmospheric distillation unit. IMC - Shida NO. 2 oil soluble inhibitor is obviously superior over water soluble inhibitor in performance.
