六偏磷酸钠预膜方案在酸洗中的应用研究

【摘要】 羟基乙叉二膦酸酸洗后预膜液的选择较少有人研究,而适当的预膜钝化是防止酸洗后金属表面返锈的必要措施。选择六偏磷酸钠和锌盐作为主要研究对象,采取正交分析法对羟基乙叉二膦酸酸洗后的预膜钝化方案进行了实验探讨,证明六偏磷酸钠加硫酸锌预膜效果的影响因素以温度、预膜时间、组分、浓度比、六偏磷酸钠浓度为序,可根据具体情况进行调整。根据实验结果在某中央空调系统进行了现场应用,并取得了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 There is little study on the selection of liquid of pre - filming after the acid wash by hydroxy ethidine phosphonic acid (HEDP). Whereas the proper passivation by pre - fihrang is necessary prevent re - rusting of the metal surface after acid wash. The study is performed by using sodium uns - hexaphosphate and zinc salt and pre - filming passivation scheme after wash by hydroxy ethidine phosphonic acid is explored by orthogonal analysis. The result shows that the pre - filming of sodium uns - hexaphosphate and zinc sulfate is affected by temperature, pre - filming time, composition, concentration ratio and concentration of sodium uns - hexaphosphate, which can be adjusted based upon the service conditions. The pre - filming has been successfully applied in the central air conditioning system and good results have been achieved.
