【摘要】 介绍了电阻探针腐蚀实时在线监测系统的原理及组成,分析其在常减压装置应用的可行性,指出在测量介质为气态或在溶液中无活泼金属离子时,可跟踪其腐蚀状况,但由于腐蚀产物的导电作用会干扰探头对继续腐蚀引起的电阻值变化的准确测量,因而电阻探针在线监测无法得出实际的年腐蚀率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The principles of the online corrosion monitoring system by electro - resistance probe is introduced and its application on the overhead system of atmospheric - vacuum distillation units is analyzed. The corrosion status can be traced when the media is gas and where there is no active metal ions in the liquid solution. The annual corrosion rates can not be obtained by the electro - resistance probe because of the conduction of the corrosion products.更多还原
