基于Web-GIS的浙江省地质灾害实时预警预报系统设计

【摘要】 浙江省经济发达,但地质灾害频繁发生,给该省的建设和发展造成极大的损失。在基于Web MapGIS的基础上,根据浙江省地质灾害大调查和补充调查资料,拟建立浙江省突发性地质灾害预警预报系统。该系统主要包括四大模块:灾害数据库和信息管理库、灾害空间预测和时间预警预报系统、示范区研究以及减灾防灾技术支持系统,其核心是地质灾害预警预报模块。建成的系统将实现与网络连接的地质灾害实时预警预报与减灾防灾体系的结合,并根据浙江省气象条件,对浙江省可能遭受的突发性地质灾害进行概率预报。

【Abstract】 Zhejiang province, one of the highest economic developing provinces in China, suffered big economic losses from geohazards in recent years due to frequent geohazard events. Based on the software of WebGIS, a predictive system of geohazards was established to make real time warning during heavy rain fall seasons, which was formulated to real time connections with weather service center. It is consisted of four subsystems: geohazard database and information management LIB system, geohazard spatial and temporary prediction and real time warning system, illustration application system, and hazard reduction and prevention system, among which the key is real time prediction and warning system. The system delivers the probable locations and time of landslide and debris flow during rain fall period through Internet, which is connected with weather service center and different users.
