开孔型橡胶-塑料多孔材料的结构与性能
Structure and Property of Open-Cell Porous Material for Rubble-Thermoplastic Blend
【摘要】 在开孔型橡胶 塑料多孔材料结构与性能的研究中,采用化学与物理方法制备开孔型橡胶 塑料多孔材料,并用冲击试验机、材料试验机和扫描电子显微镜等设备对多孔材料的性能和形态结构进行测试和分析。结果表明:在给定加工条件下,成核剂、发泡剂是影响多孔材料结构形态及机械性能的主要因素。因此,控制发泡过程中成核剂和发泡剂的含量是十分重要的。
【Abstract】 In search of the structure and property of opencell porous rubblethermoplastic,opencell porous rubblethermoplastic were manufactured in physicalchemiscal way.The structure and property of opencell porous material were observed by impacttester,matericaltester,scanning electron microscopy and other accessory devices.The results showed that nucleating agent and foaming agent are important factors that affect bubbled morphological structure and mechanical properties of opencell porous material.Therefore,it is very important to control the contents of nucleating agent and foaming agent in foaming process.
