PLC和伺服系统在高速管材剪切装置中的应用
Application of PLC and Servo to the Device for Pipe Shearing
【摘要】 介绍了可编程控制器(PLC)和伺服系统在高速管材剪切装置中的应用。该装置以PLC为控制核心,使用光电编码器来计长并检测管材速度,通过伺服系统来控制切割机刀架的同步跟随,从而实现了高精度的定长剪切功能,并在实际管材挤出生产线中应用后取得了良好的效果。
【Abstract】 The application of PLC and servo to the device for high speed plastics pipe shearing is introduced.Both the length and velocity of the pipe are measured by optical rotary encoder,at the same time the velocity of the knife rest is adjusted to the same speed as that of the pipe by the servo.Good result is obtained in extruding production line for plastics pipe.
