中国首次发现的锰超积累植物——商陆
Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. (Phytolaccaceae):A new manganese hyperaccumulator plant from Southern China
【摘要】 自 2 0 0 0年以来 ,对位于湖南省湘潭锰矿污染区的植物和土壤进行了一系列的野外调查 ,以着力寻找锰的超积累植物。结果表明 ,商陆科植物商陆对锰具有明显的富积特性 ,叶片内锰含量最高达 1 92 99mg/ kg。这一发现填补了我国锰超积累植物的空白 ,为探讨锰在植物体中的超积累机理和锰污染土壤的植物修复提供了一种新的种质资源
【Abstract】 A series of field investigations and plant collections have been conducted at Xiangtan manganese tailings wastelands, Hu′nan Province, southern China. The specific aim was to search for new manganese hyperaccumulators. The results of tissue analyses on the plants collected from this high manganese environment identified Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. (Phytolaccaceae) as a new manganese hyperaccumulator (>10,000μg/g Mn), the first to be found in China. The maximum Mn concentration in the leaf dry matter was 19,300 μg/g. This species provides a new plant material to explore the mechanism of manganese hyperaccumulation and a potential new plant to for use in the phytoremediation of manganese-contaminated soils.
